2 Antique Victorian floor grates that have the louvers.  Grates are dated with patient number Aug 3 1886.  I can't find a makers name.  The grates inside measurement are 12 x 15 inches.   The total outside measurement are 14 x 17 inches.  Please look over the photo's carefully.
