    Description
ANCIENT GREEK CARYATIDS PORCH OF MAIDENS ERECHTHEION SOUVENIR BUILDING BOTTLE
8.5" tall vintage figural bottle in the shape of the Porch of the Maidens, the ancient Greek landmark on the Erechtheion Temple in Athens famous for its Caryatids, the female statues that act as figural columns to support the roof. This bottle once held Ouzo liqueur, but it is now empty. The Caryatids are made of nicely detailed hard plastic, three on each side. The top of the bottle is in the shape of a classical architectural capital with anillustratedpaper label of an ancient Greek frieze. This bottle measures 8.5" tall on a 3" square base, and weighs almost 1 lb. The thick glass bottle - empty of any liqueur - fits inside the outer plastic decanter and can be removed if desired. An excellent addition to any figural bottle collection or classical decor.
