Antique 1913 Five-Volume Set of The Pentateuch (First 5 Books of The Bible) Haftaroth and Prayers. By Isaac Leesser. Hebrew Publishing Company, 50-52 Eldridge Street, New York, New York.
The five books are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. The book written in Hebrew and includes a side-by-side English translation. The book reads from “back to front” in Jewish style. Front cover of the books are embossed with a graphic which includes the tablets of the Ten Commandments.
Condition is used. Some of the book pages appear to had exposure to liquid and some of the books have light staining on the pages due to this exposure. There is NO offensive odor to any of these books. There is wear to the front and back covers and spines. All of the books have tight bindings and are in readable and usable condition.
