Description
An antique gold, ruby, diamonds, and seed pearl pendant brooch in a tiered lozenge design with scalloped edge work.  Comprised of 14 mixed cut natural oval rubies (likely Burmese in origin), one old European cut diamond weighing approximately 0.21 carat, four round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately .36 total weight, and eight seed pearls.  The rubies exhibit purplish red hue with medium tone and light to medium saturation.  With numerical scratch marks.  Unmarked for gold content.  Acid tested at least 14K.
Condition:  In overall very good condition as shown on photos. One ruby with chips. The clasp side has been replaced with modern closure.  Please examine the photos closely and enlarge them for details. The photos are an important part of the description.
