I have thousands of these and in order to facilitate quicker listings of some items I am grading them in large lots  in general these should have some sheen to the vinyl with some light superficial marks VG at least  or better a few may be under overall average is vg and as for the sleeves you will have to look at the pics or ask a question.
You may have to clean them or replace the sleeves - that is why the low price exists! I also sell mint/nm records and excellent these are not those!
