LARGE French Antique Victorian Teardrop Paste Amethyst Pendant Silver Pl Brass

I am selling an assortment of vintage to antique jewelry and rings which I have hunted for and gathered from around the world.  Some examples seen in the last photo - thanks for stopping by!
ABOUT:
Very Old and unique French Victorian pendant with a very large faceted teardrop paste amethyst crowned with iridescent glass beads on the top half and old chain connecting the bottom half.  Very antique look with lots of drama.
The piece was silver-plated but has worn to appear mostly brass now.
Antique piece from the 1800s that I acquired in France.
Chain not included.
MARKS:
No hallmarks, antique silver-plated brass.
MEASUREMENTS:
It measures about 2 inches tall by almost 1 1/2 inch wide.
CONDITION NOTES:
The stone has a few scratches, some scuffs and nicks to the facets on the raised tops of the stone on both sides.  Wear to the silver-plate appearing mostly brass.  Some surface wear, scuffs, scratches throughout.  The stone is secure in the setting.
But due to age, please note this is not a mint condition item.
Still many years left in this old beauty from an interesting period in history.
