MISTLETOE Victorian SOLID Silver Chatelaine Cigar Cutter Pendant Art Nouveau Fob

ABOUT:
Nicely detailed antique silver chatelaine cigar cutter with with both sides decorated with mistletoe. Has a cartouche on both sides, and it is monogramed on one side, "Rigi."  Art Nouveau era piece that I acquired in Europe.
Marked 800 for solid silver, but I believe only the mistletoe case portion is solid silver.  The retractable snipper tool is marked "Acier" which is steel.
The piece with measures 1 7/8 inches in length.  It is 7/8 inch wide with the snipper tool extended.
CHAIN NOT INCLUDED but I do have some delicate sterling chains in 18 and 24 inch if you'd like to add one to your order.
MARKS:
Marked 800 for solid silver on the bottom of the mistletoe designs.  Also has a maker's mark that I could not decipher.  Blade is marked "Acier" for Steel.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned with some age to them so they are in estate condition.
The snipper tool is not spring loaded so when you push it in, it stays nested in the case, possibly for safety.  To open the cutter back up, you can push on the loop at the top which is attached to the cutter blade, which extends it back out. There are a few dings on the cartouche on the side that is not monogrammed.  Some stubborn tarnish amidst the mistletoe designs, it did brighten with polishing so just needs some more time. Deterioration to the steel blade from age.  Still a lovely piece from an interesting era.
