Up for bidding: This antique Victorian pendant featuring a stunning two tone look due to its craftsmanship of 18K yellow gold and silver.  A richly hued oval green tourmaline is surrounded by a halo of rose cut diamonds. The organic curves of the piece are additionally accented with yellow gold pinwheels on the back.
