Some maps & guides (some vintage, some not so much) to the Cambridge & Boston area, including a foldout brochure for the Museums of Boston (Museum of Fine Arts, the Prudential Skywalk, the Franklin Park Zoo, the Children’s Museum, Museum of Transportation, New England Aquarium, Museum of Science, Museum of the American China Trade, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Institute of Contemporary Art, from 1975); a street map for the city of Cambridge, including campus maps for Harvard, M.I.T. and Radcliffe (from Arrow, circa 1965); a detailed map for Harvard University and the school’s environs (from Professor Pathfinder/Hedburg Maps, 2000); and an official Metropolitan Boston Transit Map, showing the region’s extensive subway, bus and rail lines (from the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, 1974).
